Terms and conditions

1. Our role

City Ticket & Trade generally acts as an intermediary for flights, hotels, transfers, events and other individual travel services. The supplier identified in the offer and confirmation is the contracting party for the arranged service. Its carriage, fare or business terms apply where validly provided before contract conclusion.

2. Requests, offers and contracts

Requests for services without a fixed online price are initially non-binding and are not bookings. You receive an offer identifying the service, supplier, total price and terms before payment. For expressly listed fixed-price agency services and Europe eSIM packages, the form leads to checkout after your consent. Payment orders the agency service; it does not confirm visa issuance, a flight booking or eSIM activation.

3. Prices, payment and service fees

Before binding confirmation, the total price, including known taxes, charges and any agency service fee, is shown transparently. The offer states the payment method and deadline. Prices may change before contract conclusion; after conclusion only mandatory law and validly agreed terms apply.

4. Traveller responsibilities

• Check names, dates of birth, route and dates before confirmation.
• Travellers remain responsible for valid documents and entry, transit, visa, health and customs requirements unless a different service is expressly agreed.
• Tell us about errors or changes immediately; possible costs follow the supplier and fare rules.

5. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Changes, cancellation, no-show and refunds follow the fare and supplier terms disclosed before booking and any mandatory law. City Ticket & Trade discloses its own handling fee in advance where one applies. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Flights, packages and linked travel arrangements

For arranged flights, the operating airline's fare, baggage, check-in and carriage conditions apply. If a combination is offered as a package and City Ticket & Trade is named as organiser, German package-travel law, including the required pre-contract information and insolvency protection, applies. For linked travel arrangements, you receive the separate statutory notice.

7. Air-passenger rights

Mandatory passenger rights, including rights under the EU Air Passenger Rights Regulation, are not limited by these terms. The operating air carrier is generally responsible for operating, delaying or cancelling a flight. City Ticket & Trade assists with identifying the responsible party and communications within the scope of its agency role.

8. Visa, event and third-party services

Visa support is a preparatory service and not a promise by an authority. Listed fixed-price visa services proceed to checkout after your express consent; cash-payment requests instead receive a tracking code immediately while payment remains outstanding. Other visa services receive an individual quote first. The agency service, VAT and any separate consular or authority fees are shown transparently before a paid instruction. Events, attractions and other third-party services are governed by the supplier conditions disclosed before booking, including date, admission and identity requirements.

9. Liability

City Ticket & Trade is liable for proper performance of its own duties under applicable law. Where it acts only as intermediary, the supplier is responsible for performing the travel service. Liability remains unlimited for intent, gross negligence, death, personal injury or damage to health, and wherever mandatory law requires.

Travel eSIM and digital data packages

Listed Europe packages are paid at their fixed total price in checkout; a tracking code follows confirmed payment. Payment does not mean immediate activation. If City Ticket cannot deliver the selected package, the paid amount is refunded. Review the stated validity, coverage, start of use, data type, fair-use rules and supplier terms before payment. Other destinations and fixed data allowances require an individual quote. Your device and mobile contract must allow eSIM use; separate charges from your existing operator remain possible. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Law and jurisdiction

German law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of habitual residence. Exclusive jurisdiction in Hamburg is agreed only with merchants, public-law entities and special public-law funds.
