Our approach

We follow the principles of WCAG 2.2 and take account of Germany's Accessibility Improvement Act and implementing regulation where they apply to our services.

Measures in place

• Semantic headings and labelled forms
• Keyboard access, visible focus and a skip link
• High-contrast presentation, responsive layouts and image alternatives
• Correct language and reading direction for German, English and Persian

Known limits

Third-party content, linked documents or booking documents supplied later may be outside our technical control. We work to remedy barriers in our own content promptly when reported.
