Business activity and role

City Ticket & Trade provides travel advice, travel agency and related services. For arranged services, the travel service contract is concluded with the supplier named in the relevant offer.

If City Ticket & Trade acts as a package organiser in an individual case, this will be stated expressly in the offer and the legally required information will be supplied before the contract is made.

Responsibility for content

Consumer dispute resolution

Information under section 36 VSBG: City Ticket & Trade is not obliged and does not currently participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
