Your exact model and regional variant matter. Start by checking the settings on your phone.

- Look for Add eSIM under Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data.
- Under General → About, Carrier Lock should show No SIM Restrictions.
- Confirm your exact model and sales region with the manufacturer.

Connect to Wi-Fi
Connect to stable internet and open your installation details.

Add an eSIM
Open Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data → Add eSIM. Names vary by iOS version.

QR or manual entry
Use your personal QR, or enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code manually. Keep them private.

Name your travel line
Label the line “City Ticket Travel” and check your plan’s activation rule.

Select data at your destination
Select the travel eSIM for mobile data. Enable its roaming if instructed; turn off home-line data roaming and data switching.
Your purchased plan’s instructions take priority. Menus vary by device and software. Avoid deleting an installed eSIM without support advice.

A digital mobile plan installed on a compatible device. Our travel plans provide mobile data without an extra plastic SIM.
Is my phone compatible?
Check Add eSIM, your exact model and sales-region variant, and carrier unlock. Use the device guide and manufacturer links on this page.
How do I receive my QR and installation details?
After payment confirmation and provisioning, installation details are available in My eSIMs. Access is protected by an email verification code.
When does validity begin?
It depends on the plan. Its activation rule and advance-installation window appear in the details. Installation and the start of validity are not always the same event.
Can I keep WhatsApp and my number?
A travel data eSIM does not replace your WhatsApp registration. Your home SIM may remain for calls or SMS, with possible home-carrier charges. These data plans do not promise a new phone number.
What does unlimited mean?
Unlimited plans may have a daily high-speed allowance followed by reduced speeds. Each plan shows its own fair-use policy; there is no universal speed guarantee.
Can I use hotspot and top up?
Only when the selected plan supports them. Check hotspot in the details; compatible top-ups appear in your account for supported eSIMs.
How do I install on the same phone?
Use manual installation with your private activation details when same-device QR scanning is unavailable. You can also open the QR on a second screen.
What if I cannot connect?
Check the travel line, mobile data, required roaming and APN. Briefly toggle airplane mode. Avoid deleting the eSIM; contact our team with your order number.
